haven't been running as much since the weather turned hot and humid. today though was fairly mild 20 and overcast so managed to get in about 6.5 K - 4 miles - in 42 mins. still the humidity slowed me down a bit.

thx! no races planned but am thinking of the 10K either oct 31 in quebec city or nov 1 in niagara falls...i'll be in edmonton for the fall semester so i'm not sure! hope your training is going well.
