did 3.8 miles today in about 40 minutes.  sunny, windy, 25*.  really felt the heat today.  no more running this week - the 5K race is on Saturday.

Hi Neek,

Hope you had fun at the cottage. the pics were great!

You might want to go to a track and do a really light warm up and then do 2X1km at race pace 5:30 for 27:30 finish time/5:00 km for 25 min). See how the pace feels and how your body is reacting to it. It will give you a pacing gauge for race day. Good luck!!!!

thx for the tip - i will try that tonight. getting pretty nervous for race day! we had fun at the cottage - hopefully sometime this summer we'll see u and em up there!
