easy 6K afternoon, sunny, windy, 40 mins. 60 min weightlifting class. good to be back into training but as usual on weekdays - not getting enough sleep to back up the exercise. (6.5 hrs night instead of my preferred 8). plan to increase distance by 1 K tomorrow. |
